  1. What is the cost of admission?
    Admission is free
     
  2. What is the cost of parking?

    Preferred Onsite Parking $5.00 (all proceeds go to RCSCC Bolton and Meaghan's Room)

    There is lots of free parking near the event. Please obey all municipal parking and Rotary event signs during our event.

    *We are not responsible for cars that will be parking either at the event site or at any off site parking. 
     

  3. What are the hours of operation?
    Friday 4pm – 11 pm
    Saturday 12 pm – 11 pm
    Sunday 10:30 am – 5 pm

     
  4. Do vendors accept credit? or Debit?
    No, it is cash only
     
  5. Is there an ATM onsite?
    Yes a bank machine is available for transactions
     
  6. What is the cost of ribs?
    Full rack is $23 and half rack $13 (this includes baked beans and coleslaw)
     
  7. What is the cost of beer/wine/coolers?
    $6 each
     
  8. Are there any other food choices?
    Other food vendors are available – see vendor list on website
     
  9. Is there a children’s menu?
    All vendors will have a variety of foods for all tastes, but may not have a specified childrens menu.
     
  10. Can I bring my dog or any other pet?
    Sorry no pets allowed under sanitation and safety regulations
     
  11. Can I bring containers/cooler into the event?
    Due to liquor license restrictions no outside containers are permitted.  No alcohol is permitted outside fenced area.
     
  12. How will you distinguish if I am legal age for drinking/purchasing alcohol?
    Wristband policy in effect.
     
  13. Where can I find a schedule of events?
    It will be posted on www.boltonrotaryfest.ca, facebook, local newspapers, and on the LED screen beside the stage
     
  14. What bands are playing?
    Please see our bands schedule for a listing of all bands and times
     
  15. What is included for kids?
    All free for the whole family.  See Family Fun Zone section for more details. Family Fun Zone hours are as Follows.  Friday 4 - 8, Sat 12 - 8, Sunday 11:00 - 5
